Professor of History and Armenian cook, Dr. Mari Firkatian will demonstrate traditional Armenian recipes from her book, Home Again. Looking to encourage intergenerational communication with relatively easy traditional recipes, Dr. Firkatian hopes that her presentation and book will spark delicious family conversations around cooking and cultural heritage.
